English: All of these silver two-part belt clasp have hallmarks which range from 1906 to 1910.

The top belt clasp, features a silver interlaced pattern with purple enamel.It is Hallmarked on reverse. 'L & Co' [Liberty and Co] and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham and its date letter 'g' corresponds to 1906.The other part with lion and date letter 'g'.[1906]

Dimensions 83mm wide x 53mm high Inventory number HARGM 956

The middle belt clasp is a hammered silver piece with a blue/green enamel central reserve on each part of the clasp. One piece is hallmarked on reverse, 'L & Co' [Liberty & Co],and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham, lion and its date letter 'k' corresponds to 1910.The other part stamped with the lion passant and date letter 'k' [1910]

Dimensions 74mm wide x 44mm high Inventory number HARGM 667

The last belt clasp is a silver piece with blue/green enamel central reserves. Hallmarked on reverse of one part: 'WHH' [William Hair Haseler],and features the anchor symbol denoting Birmingham, lion and its date letter letter 'i' corresponds to 1908. The other part stamped with the lion passant and date letter 'i' [1908]. Dimensions 84mm wide x 43mm high Inventory number HARGM 957

Helen Ritchie an expert in jewellery who looked over Harrogate collection suggested that this particular piece was perhaps designed by Archibald Knox. Produced for retail at Liberty and Co.
