While it is likely this comes under crown copyright (Template:PD-UKGov), and would thus be usable worldwide, it does have a copyright notice for the publisher on it (lower-right-hand corner), possibly due to Wood's work having been published elsewhere and used with permission, possibly due to unjustified zeal for claiming copyright on the publisher's part. We can, however, clearly and unambiguously say that this is:
