Summary

Description
English: This diorama of the Ediacaran animal Kimberella quadrata shows two K. quadratas (pink blobs on the right) scraping the surface of a microbial mat on the bottom of the sea floor. On the left of the Kimberellas, there are multiple burrows or traces of movement which are common fossils when it comes to Ediacaran fossils, and represent evidence of the first type of Bilateral symmetry and motion in the Ediacaran (Vendian) seas.
