Description

Taken from North Kessock Lifeboat Station. The Bridge built in the 1980's replaced a car ferry and carries the A9 trunk road from Inverness northwards.

I used to love crossing the ferry especially when I was a wee laddie - but this bridge is a wonderful sight and a joy to drive over (as I do, often) The views from it are magnificent but I shall have to WALK across it some day with camera, as there's no stopping on the bridge!
