DescriptionInside the Saint Mary Mackillop (2).jpg
English: A view from inside the passenger cabin of the Saint Mary MacKillop, looking towards the bow of the ship from the starboard side of the cabin, behind the center entryway. The Saint Mary MacKillop is a SuperCat-class ferry, built in the early 2000s as part of an effort to upgrade the then-ageing Sydney Ferries fleet with brand new, faster, and more comfortable passenger ferries. In this view, the SuperCat's segmented design can be discerned; the entryway cuts into the passenger cabin slightly, allowing for a direct access way into the cabin's open area. This photograph was taken as the ship was crusing across Sydney Harbour, halfway between Circular Quay ferry wharf and Rose Bay ferry wharf, its next stop on the express F7 Eastern Suburbs service route.
