Title
Shiva
Description
English: This is a depiction of Shiva as the sage who is the king of the world. It is unusual to see him wearing a crown. His attributes include the trident (its three prongs suggesting the three qualities of existence), the drum (the cosmic rhythm), and the seed-filled lemon (creation and the universe). Only the rosary is emblematic of Shiva the supreme yogi. It signifies the letters of the alphabet-the sounds with which to utter ultimate truth.
