Author The video was shot by an investment fund manager from New York who passed it to The Guardian on 7 April 2009. He has relinquished his copyright, released it into the public domain, and wants it to be distributed freely. The Guardian has confirmed this by e-mail, which I have forwarded to permissions. The newspaper has uploaded the video to YouTube.
