English: A 'lion rampant' in gold on a scarlet background with central horizontal black band. The background colours are those of a Command HQ brassard. ​This badge was worn by HQ staff. Other units under command of Scottish Command wore the lion on a plain red ground. HQ Scottish Command was at Edinburgh.
