English: Located: Pennant Hills Road near Carlingford Railway Station, Carlingford, NSW, Australia.

This memorial was created in memory of those officers and men of the Commonwealth who died in submarines. It is called the K13 Memorial in particular memory of those lost in HM Submarine K13 which sank in 1917 during sea trials.
