Nederlands: De Friesenbrücke bij Weener werd in de avond van 3 december 2015 geramd door een vrachtschip Emsmoon, varende onder de vlag van Antigua en Barbuda, waardoor de brug voor onbepaalde tijd gesloten is voor al het verkeer. Er is waarschijnlijk vijf jaar lang geen treinverkeer tussen Bad Nieuweschans en Leer mogelijk, omdat de brug ingestort is. De brug moet volledig vervangen worden omdat deze niet meer gerepareerd kan worden. Hier ziet u de zuidelijke brugdeel. |
