Summary

Description
English: A twin fetus that died In utero which underwent mechanical compression by its wombmate, resulting in a flattened, parchment-like state known as fetus papyraceus. Its twin later died at 30 weeks of gestation. They developed as dichorionic diamniotic (di/di) twins.
Español: Un feto gemelar que falleció en el útero y que a lo largo de su desarrollo fue víctima de compresión mecánica por parte de su gemelo conllevando a un estado de momificación llamado feto papiráceo. Su gemelo falleció a las 30 semanas de gestación. Se desarrollaron como un embarazo dicorial y diamniótico.
