Summary

Description
English: Endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, H&E stain. It is of the highest grade (grade 3) both by nuclear features (pleomorphic, coarse chromatin and prominent nucleoli) and architectural features (no gland formation). Endometrioid type was established from scant glandular formations in the periphery (not seen in picture).
