Fair Use rationale: This is a promotional photo of Elizabeth Graeme Fergusson, used on the biography page about her by USHistory.org of Graeme Park. Since Fergusson is dead, no opportunity exists to obtain a free image of her, so it is believed the use of this photo in the article on her in the English Wikipedia is covered under the fair use clause of copyright law.
