Für Verdienste um Munitionsfertigung mit dem Ritterkreuz des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes mit Schwertern ausgezeichnet
Der Reichsminister für Rüstung und Kriegsproduktion, Albert Speer, spricht in einer durch Fliegerangriff beschädigten Munitionsfabrik den Arbeitern seinen Dank für die unerwartet schnelle Wiederingangsetzung der Produktion und die unverzügliche Wiederaufnahme der Arbeit aus. Zum Schluss des Appells überreicht Reichsminister Speer im Auftrag des Führers dem Leiter des Hauptausschusses Munition, Direktor Geilenberg - rechts von Reichsminister Speer - für seine Verdienste um die Munitionsfertigung das Ritterkreuz des Kriegsverdienstkreuzes mit Schwertern.
