Summary

Description
English: A white charging rhinoceros, with a curly tail, on a black oval (third pattern). The rhino was adopted to symbolize the heavily armoured nature of the division. The initial pattern was a simple standing rhine. Circa 1942, a new design was developed with the rhino charging. This provided a more aggressive appearance. The third pattern of the design was the charging rhino, but now with segmented hide.
