Italiano: A pianta rettangolare, fu realizzata nel 1775 su progetto di Giuseppe Piermarini e per volere di Maria Teresa d'Austria che desiderava una sala per la cerimonia delle lauree. Gli affreschi furono eseguiti dal pittore Paolo Mescoli nel 1782-83, mentre i due grandi ritratti ad olio raffiguranti Maria Teresa e Giuseppe II furono eseguiti a Vienna da Hubert Maurer. L'Aula è intitolata al poeta Ugo Foscolo, che qui fu docente di Eloquenza italiana e latina. |
