English: Jay Sweeney (left), portraying Army Maj. Gen. Lovell Rousseau, and Ron Conklin, portraying Russian Commissioner Alexi Peschouroff, reenact the transfer of Alaska from Russia to the United States at Castle Hill, Sitka, Alaska, during the Oct. 18, 2017.
