There is a drawing that might be PD that MIGHT be him, but judging questionable image had several characteristics that made me realize t was mislabeled; mainly, the subject was wearing an Order of the Red Banner which Akhsarbek Abaev was never awarded.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Low resolution.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Old photo, and only for educational purposes. Not for sale, and owner likely deceased.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 13 May 1982 Image had to be adjusted (cropped) to face clear when scaled down as required and to fit in infobox.
