The $54 million, 11-story, 530,000-square foot office building is owned by Boston Properties, and constructed by Clark Construction Co. in 2005. The architect was Davis Carter Scott of McLean, Virginia. The facade is polished granite and two-toned precast concrete, and the building inclues a three-story atrium lobby, four levels of underground parking, a rooftop deck, and a six-story monumental stair on the top floors. |
