Description
English: 1213-1215 Locust Street between South 12th and South 13th Streets in the Center City neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was built in 1892 as side-by-side residences, designed by Frank Miles Day in the Italianate style for the Real Estate Investment Company. Before it was converted into condominiums, the five story building was a rare book store. It was listed on the Philadelphia Register of Historic Places on July 5, 1984.
