Description
English: To commemorate the work of Bob Dylan, a native born Minnesotan, the St. Paul MN City Council allowed 4th Street to be placarded as "Positively 4th Street". This is the title of one of his songs, although it apparently does not refer to this particular road.

The sign can be seen near the Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary, which is between Kellogg Boulevard and I-94, near Metropolitan State University.
