Description
English: View from tower of Phillips Church, Exeter, New Hampshire. At right is the 3rd Academy Building, designed by the Boston architectural firm of Peabody & Stearns. It was built to replace the 2nd Academy Building, which burned on December 20, 1870, and would itself burn on July 4, 1914. In the distance is the Squamscott River.
