Summary

Description
English: A U.S. highway shield as used in Florida prior to 1993. Colors used conform to the FHWA-recommended colors given at http://www.triskele.com/roadgeek-fonts/font-faq. Colors on shields for special routes were reversed with respect to the mainline route. Note that Florida's colorized U.S. highway shields are generally square regardless of the number of digits in the route number.
