McCaskill’s signature issue is contractor oversight, and pay differences between contractor companies and Afghan National Security Force wages. This may bleed over into the pay differences between Counterdrug pilots and Afghan National Army Air Corps pilots as well. All members of this CODEL support President Obama’s Afghanistan Policy, but will want to know how NTM-A is implementing it. |
