English: Plaque, presumed Victorian, found during the 2020 refurbishment of St John at Hackney Parish Church and reinstalled. The plaque reads "HENRY, LORD PERCY, Earl of Northumberland, K.G. died at his manor of hackney, afterwards the king's house, on the 29, June 1537, 29. Hen: VIII. he was interred in the church of st augustin, whereof the old tower and the rowe chapel now only remain: this earl was employed to arrest Cardinal Wolsey."
