Proceeds from the sale of the beer go to help the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, California, to rebuild an old Spanish monastery chapter house originally taken from Santa María de Óvila in Trillo, Spain, by William Randolph Hearst in 1931 but then dumped in San Francisco for many decades.
