English: Probably the oldest preserved photo (daguerreotype) of Bremen (Germany), showing the street Obernstraße in 1843, looking towards the Marktplatz (the “marketsquare”). In the background the old stock exchange and Bremer Dom (the “Bremen cathedral”).
