Français : Par un ciel couvert, la chapelle du roi Oscar II à Grense Jakobselv dans le Finnmark, près de la frontière avec la Russie, en Norvège. Cette chapelle a été construite en 1869 pour renforcer la présence norvégienne dans le Finnmark. Grense Jakobselv est situé à 60 kilomètres au Nord-Est de Kirkenes, à l'embouchure de la rivière Jakobselva sur la mer de Barents. La rivière délimite la frontière avec la Russie.
