English: Infantry carrying assault boats in preparation for crossing the Meuse-Escaut canal at Lille-St Huberet, 19 September 1944. The craft is a Goatley collapsible boat created by boat designer Fred Goatley
Nederlands: Infanteristen dragen een aanvalsboot voor het oversteken van het Maas-Schelde-kanaal. De boot is een Goatly-boot genoemd naar de ontwerper Fred Goatley
