Summary

Description
English: This true-color image of Hurricane Harvey off the coast of Texas was captured on the evening of August 25, 2017, by the Advance Baseline Imager (ABI) instrument flying aboard NOAA's GOES 16 satellite. At the time this was captured Harvey was near its peak intensity as a Category 4 Major Hurricane with winds of 130 mph (210 km/h) (110 knots) on the 1-min Saffir-Simpson scale and a minimum central pressure of 937 mbar (27.7 inHg).
