  1. It's filed under "Civil war photographs, 1861-1865" but the date is given as between 1860 ad 1870. We can at the least eliminate 1860, before he joined, but nothing stops him posing in uniform after serving. However, he was court martialed in March 1863, so...much less likely for him than others.
