Farfahan (Persian: فرفهان), also Romanized as Farfahān,[3] is a village in Hamzehlu Rural District of the Central District of Khomeyn County, Markazi province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 841 in 232 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 831 people in 256 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 698 people in 247 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
