The Tsardom of Tarnovo (Bulgarian: Търновско Тсарство, romanized: Turnovsko Tsarstvo) was a medieval Bulgarian state that existed between 1371 and 1393. A successor to the Second Bulgarian Empire.It started it's existence after Tsar Ivan Alexander split the Empire in 2,one for his younger son Ivan Shishman,who'm he gave The tsardom of Tarnovo,and the other to his elder son, Ivan Stratsimir,to who'm he gave the Tsardom of Vidin.
