The Dog & Pony Show is an animated children's television series created by Josh Selig and produced by RedKnot, a joint venture between Nelvana and Discovery Kids, with assistance from Corus Entertainment and Little Airplane Productions, with animation services provided by Big Jump. The show premiered on Treehouse TV on September 5, 2020.
Cast[edit]
- Jamie Watson as Dog, a lovable, male orange dog who is Pony's best friend. His name was revealed in the episode "Order Up!".
- Steven Gallagher as Pony, a chubby and sometimes slow-witted, male blue pony who is Dog's best friend. He has a purple mane and a purple tail.
Broadcast[edit]
The Dog & Pony Show debuted on September 5, 2020 on Treehouse TV in Canada. It also aired on Télétoon in French-language Canada and on the Canadian version of Nickelodeon.
Worldwide, the series aired on Discovery Kids in Latin America, Canal Panda in Spain, Yle TV2 in Finland, NRK Super in Norway, Cartoon Network in France, TVNZ 2 in New Zealand. and K2 in Italy.
The series premiered on Disney Channel in Russia on December 6, 2021, it continued to air the channel until its closure on December 14, 2021.
Currently, the series is available on Discovery+ in Brazil, as well as Stan in Australia.
