Redouane Boughera, (born June 16, 1978) is a French-Algerian actor and comedian.

Early Life and Beginnings[edit]

Boughera was born and raised in Marseille with five brothers and sisters. His father is originally from Bejaia and his mother was born in Tablat, Algeria. He went to a Catholic school in Marseille and obtained his Baccalauréat and then a DEUG in economic sciences[1].

He worked odd jobs and eventually opened an internet café.

He moved to London with his wife and daughter in 2012.

He returned to Paris in 2015 and began doing stand-up. He participated in the 9th season of Jamel Comedy Club, where he was discovered and would become one of the icons of the Paname Art Café.

He put on his first show, Redouane s'éparpille, inspired by his life and Marseille. At the same time, he behan cinematic and television projects. Notably, he appeared on Clique on the channel Canal+ et played roles in the films Patients, C'est tout pour moi, Taxi 5 and La Vie scolaire with poet Grand Corps Malade.


In 2022, he came back to the spotlight with his show "On m’appelle Marseille" [2][3] ("They call me Marseille")

Personal Life[edit]

Redouane Bougheraba is married to Jennifer Cassandri (daughter of Jacques Cassandri, infamous French bandit). The couple have two daughters together.

Bougheraba lives with his family in London[4].
