In 2004, the Quality Unit team started developing the Post Affiliate Pro software as a customer development project.
Subsequently, the founders decided to introduce the product to the market, receiving positive feedback from customers. Consequently, they needed to communicate more frequently and effectively with clients. So, in 2006, they developed the LiveAgent help desk software[2]
Over the following years, this platform underwent continuous evolution, which ultimately resulted in the prestigious achievement of winning the 'Best Live Chat of the Year' award in 2020.[3]. Concurrently, the company expanded its operational footprint, establishing office in Kyiv. By 2023, both products transitioned to on-premise installations. Presently, the products are marketed as Software as a Service (SaaS) and boast a user base exceeding 10,000 customers.
