Hole In The Sleeve Ltd (HITS) is an English video game development company based in Kingston Upon Thames. Hole In The Sleeve Ltd is currently responsible for the development of the video game Storror Parkour Pro for the England based professional parkour athletes Storror. Availible for alpha testing on PC this game is expected to be released for Mac/Linux and on consoles with a release in late 2024.[2][3]

Background and founding[edit]

Hole In The Sleeve Ltd was founded in December 2020 by Davide (Dado) Pirola and Jun Sara Fassone.[1] Davide (Dado) Pirola is a former employee of Electronic Arts, Criterion Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment, where he is credited as developing Burnout Paradise, Wipeout Fusion and Rail Simulator among other games.[4] Along with fellow founder Jun Sara Fassone both are former directors of JFDP Labs Ltd. [5]

Storror Parkour Pro[edit]

The first availible version of Storror Parkour Pro was released to backers for testing on the 3rd of November 2021. This early version had support for basic movement as well as common Parkour moves (Catpass, Speed Step, Dash Vault, Lazy Vault and Reverse Vault) with support for mouse and Keyboard as well as controllers. Version 0.09 resulted in the addition of climbing to the available traversal methods.

Methodology[edit]

Motion capture session featuring developers and athletes creating the video game Storror Parkour Pro.

Hole In The Sleeve developers utilised motion capture technology to record the movements of parkour athletes from Storror as early in development as 2021.[7]
