Harlal Singh Kharra (14 January 1930 - 21 May 2016) was an Indian politician from Sikar, Rajasthan. He served as Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj in Government of Rajasthan. He was elected to the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly for four terms from Sri Madhopur constituency. He was a member of Bharatiya Janata Party. His son Jhabar Singh Kharra, served as Minister in Government of Rajasthan.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
