Landulile Cathrine Dlamini (born 8 January 1962) is a South African politician and the current Member of the Legislature in the Mpumalanga Province as well as MEC for the Department of Education in that province. She is also the former mayor of the City of Mbombela[1][2]

Dlamini has been a councillor for the Ehlanzeni District Municipality since 2006 until she was appointed the mayor of the City of Mbombela from 2011 to 2016, after which she became one of South Africa's Parliament members and where she served in various committees, including chairing the Portfolio Committee on Social Services[3][4]
She threw her hat in the ring in 2018 for the position of Mpumalanga ANC chairperson when David Mabuza left it vacant to become the national deputy president. [5] She is now serving as Member of the Mpumalanga Executive Council for Education, appointed by current ANC provincial chairperson and Premier Mandla Ndlovu.[6][7][8]
