Stations that are not in Delaware[edit]

With the exception of WHYY, WPPX and WWDD-LP none of the other stations listed in the category are situated in the State of Delaware they are broadcast to Delaware but not actually situated in the State of Delaware which IMHO means that the television stations listed should be situated within the borders of the State of Delaware and clearly KYW, WPHL, WTXF are all Philadelphia television stations and should be listed in the Philadelphia or Southeastern Pennsylvania television category. Only actual television stations which are based not just licensed to Delaware should be included and all other shifted to their appropriate categories.
